Mar 15, 2026"Incredible food on a beautiful patio on the nicest and greenest street in Palenque. Don’t miss this place! Manuel took great care of us and knew the menu extremely well. His recommendations were really exquisite. I got the vegetarian enchiladas with both green and red sauce with Chaya and Chapay, both very regional dishes. My partner ordered the Pollo Chaya and loved it as well. They let us try the mole which was fantastic as well. Very impressed with the food. He wasn’t busy (we arrived after 9pm on a Sunday), so he took time talking to us a lot about the regional food and the best places to explore on our short trip to Palenque. I’ll be back."
